Taxdu owns and operates the website taxdu.com and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Taxdu Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer.

Customer agrees that it must obtain Taxdu prior written consent before it may:

• (i). Copy any of Taxdu material;
• (ii). Use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras)
        during the audio conference or webinars; or
• (iii). Use Taxdu trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.

The term Taxdu Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Taxdu Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials. Subject to payment of respective Taxdu Material/Product fee,

Taxdu will grant to each of Customer:

• (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
• (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Taxdu Material/Product. Subject to payment of respective Taxdu Material/Product fee,

Taxdu will grant to each of Customer:

• (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
• (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Taxdu Material/Product.
